Welcome to Mind Body Spirit Yoga!
Our beautiful studio is located at 105 North 2nd Street in Medford, Wisconsin. Mind Body Spirit's mission is to make sure each student leaves our classes feeling rejuvenated with a sense of overall well being. Yoga classes here make our clients day-to day activities easier by reducing fatigue and the effects of stress and aging while increasing overall strength and flexibility.
We offer classes to suit people of all ages and body types. Our current schedule has 3 class types:
Beginning Yoga: This is 1 hour class focusing on a yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation. Classes tailored to teach students how to increase strength and flexibility whiles reducing fatigue and the effects of aging.
All Levels Yoga for all fitness levels: This class expands on the beginning yoga classes adding more poses but offers modifications for all levels of fitness. The modifications help tailor the classes to meet different fitness levels.
Chair Yoga for seniors consists of 30 to 45 minutes of strengthening, balance and flexibility exercises, for seniors who want to maintain a healthy active lifestyle.
